NEW SITE LAYOUT!
- As you can plainly see we have a beautifull new site layout done by Bz.
- Along with revamps on the Advert. System.

Pen1 Updates:
- Races fixed, there were some races that were not as announced.
- Speedometer, see your speed, goto a 24/7 and type /buy 7
- No new homes or prominent buisness updates.
- It is now possible to award JetPacks to event winners. (yay)br> - It is not possible to have race only nights, with DM's turned off.

Well its not much, but its been a slow week. I would like to thank Bz again for his wonderfull layout.

Well it has been a while since I've put up a web update. OK an Overview - NEW BUSINESSES, Lotto Draw and other things of less interest!

1. New business's
- Car and Spray shop - Receives all the cash from /car upgrades and /car color.
- Tele to Archangels modshop - same location, but with a fee (low)
- Skydiving business - Go for a skydive.
- Stealth Shop - WELL HIDDEN (DUH), makes your icon disappear, for a fee.
- Tow Truck Business - All the fees from /towcar go to the biz.
- House upgrades business - all cash from house upgrades goes to owner.
- Cable and Tel business - All the cash from /TV and /call
- Betting shop - By far the most complicated BIZ, bet on races and dms, with /betrace [id]
  [amount], /betdm and so on.

- Home owners/renters can now use /TV in their homes, the following arguments can also be used /tv pen, /tv Race, /tv DM, /tv off

MAJOR PEN1 UPDATE! - GANGS
Gangs have now been added, you can join them @ the character select screen (its right after the clown), there is still civilians and medics and cops. There Are 10 gangs to choose from, ballas, grove, triads, aztecas, and so on. If you kill people in your gang you get no cash.

Change To PEN1.
If you become pen1 now you don't turn purple. Your icon blinks. making it easy to see on the mini-map.

On another note, forklifts have been added... I can feel every ones joy.

Added Most of the help section, with a few pages missing, I am also starting a lottery Project. The idea is to have Ad space available for IN GAME business's and clans, the owners pay a fee every week (in game cash) to have their banner/button on the website, this can be just a banner or a link-banner. The cash then goes to me (Nextek) and I will organize a lottery on the forums. Players pick a number between 1-100 or more, If a person has the winning number at the end of the week they get the pot. This would be a VERY interesting addition. If you are interested in ad space post on the forums.
